However, as church growth slows and the number of people who leave the church increases, voices say that a fundamental reflection on the "good church" is needed. Oh Dae-sik (55), who divided himself into a high-meaning church and a high-intensity church, met at the Mokyang Room of the church next to Deokso High School in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province.
Reverend Oh founded one of the high-meaning churches in 2009 when the high-intensity church was dispersed into four churches. He worshiped at the auditorium of Chung Eui Girls' High School in Seoul with 1,600 teachers. Since the early days of division, Oh said, "Let's divide the church into 3,000 students." As the number of teachers approached 2,800 in 2014, it began to consider the process of separation and went through a three-year preparation period.
